All products are manufactured as per agreed specifications and industry standards.

Custom orders are manufactured based on mutually agreed specifications and cannot be returned once production begins.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on raw material costs.

Orders & Payment

An advance payment is required to confirm custom orders.
Full payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order cancellation after production has started may incur charges.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity.

Warranty Policy

Body & Structure: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Locking Mechanism: 2-year warranty on electronic/mechanical locks.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, fire, flood, or natural disasters.
Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of discovering the defect.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery charges may apply based on location and product size.
Installation support is provided free of charge within Jaipur city limits.
Customer must ensure proper access and space for delivery and installation.
Any damage during self-transportation is not covered under warranty.

Returns & Refunds

Standard products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Custom-made products are non-returnable.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after inspection.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
